strategy

Executives claim they do not manage to execute on 55% of their strategies.

Similarly; 39% lack coherency, 42% lack alignment, and 42% have too many conflicting priorities

As such Operations must be wary of assuming if they build it (e.g. the Digital Field), a strategy for Integrated Operations will naturally result. Roll-out and choice of the right technology must be supported by a top-down strategy, blueprint and program definition to realise your operational vision. Importantly also, a bottom-up prioritised set of constant gains with a focus on change must be iteratively and efficiently implemented, to feed forward your digital initiative and satisfy the business.

In other words Digital initiatives must of course be business-driven and user-led to harness the full potential of such technologies.

Let sinektik help you ideate a strategy and define a program to close the strategy gap for your digital production operations vision.
